God gave us the quality of choice.
When one asks for advice I understand,
that they are asking for help.
A time of troubles and dilemma,
has stoked the fires of their hearts.
I prefer to give options.
Responses to problems,perhaps one way,
you can make your choice to solve your need.
Advice, implies that that person asked,
has the answer.
This may not be the case,
for in our desire to help others we are only human.
The answer given so stated,
”this is what you should do”, can be wrong.
Not all answers are “right”,
or there would not be the opposite word,”wrong”.
An option gives “you” the choice,
therefore the responsibility is “yours”to make.
Your decision,for your problem
therefore, your accountability.
Perhaps this is only a play on words,
but; could I deny you your privilage
of dealing with your responsibilities in life?
Knowing something of gods wisdom allows
me the lattitude of that fine line.
Of hard choices,and easy answers.
Which would you value more,
once you made them?
“Where is the man who fears the lord?
God will teach him how to choose the best.”
