“Reflections”!

Living life is a reflection of love,gratitude,
suffering and pain.
Times of spiritual growth,
temper the metal of a Christian.
Accepting salvation, the beginning of true truth,
is the first human encounter with the revealer
of Gods heart.
His purpose is to help you to become a Son of God.

As the Spiritual teacher,He reveals the how to’s of God.
He brings with him Gods peace.
Not perceived at first, due to our flawed bodies;
is the warmth and openness with your God.
Growing daily as your walk continues,giving
knowledge of why he does what he does.
Then seeing his works,your heart strives for obedience
to please him moment by moment.

After years of this loving relationship,
you finally begin to know your God!
The desire of His heart is then attainable,
to worship Him in Spirit and in truth.
All this time,and effort reveals His love within you.
A state of holiness & grace pervades you.
Not seen, nor touched or even imagined,
nonetheless present.

Loving others so hard, creates a hurting
within you; for all Gods creation.

“This is a Son of God”!

“O come,let us worship and bow down:let
us kneel before the Lord our maker.”

Psalm 95:6

“The Difference”!

If you tell me,you are living “for” Christ,
I will show you ,that you have missed the mark,
in the “How too” of your own salvation.
You may memorize scripture,let loose at a seconds
notice Gods word,chapter and verse:but; if love and faith
doesn’t accompany it,you have nothing but a Idol mind!

The mark you missed ,is in the allowing of Christ
to live “through” you,
Not you doing the living “for ” Him!
(1.)Living for someone or anything, requires doing
something to gain acceptance or
approval.=works=(glorifies you.)
(2.) The allowing,of your Jesus to live in, through you,
by surrendering,yielding to Him, and exercising your
faith in action through your love,and faith of His word:
feeds your spirit,glorifies your God,abases you!

(1.)Head knowledge-The mind is flesh,as flesh
some choose to magnify it, feed it excess knowledge,
rather than:
(2.) Allow your God entrance to the inner man of your
spirit,to share that wounded person within you with Him,
and others in love and faith!
How deceptive is our own mind in its denial of its battles
against the spirit?
Many go for years, lying to themselves that they are
saved,yet feed only their minds, their flesh and not their
spirit.  What opens their eyes eventually?
It is difficult for them to have faith  in their God,
and love others with head knowledge:
with little or no spiritual growth,but;
they sure know the word?

So we tell ourselves in our own mind,(that; we must live
“for” Christ,and we will be owners of all God offers?
Either you were taught wrong,or you got it wrong?
We can be very intellectual,yet, where is the love for
others,where is the truth,needed to feed our spirit within?
Where indeed, is the trust/faith you need to walk
with your God,and grow spiritually?

Fill your mind with knowledge,and mans wisdom,
and you have an Idol.
For even the flesh can be lifted above your God,by you.
If Murmuring(a muttered complaint) against God is
putting your  thoughts higher,than His thoughts,
is this not an Idol also?         ….see
(Exodus16:8,Philippians 2:14,15)

Real salvation is allowing “Jesus” to be”the” seed,
which falls to the ground and dies,that you might have
life!(eternal)
Then Surrendering your total being to Him,
as you both walk”your” death march,”your”
burial,”your”resurrection,
and “your” sitting with Him in Heaven on His right hand!

Only by total surrender to Him will you begin to understand
by your faith what it is to go to your “cross”,suffer just as
He did ,die,are buried,arise from death,and sit in heaven
with Him now.
Only then, will you understand that allowing Him to live
through, and in you; relying upon His Blood,and the Cross,
is redemption  provided.

Feed your spirit with faith, love,and “truth”,(Gods word)
ask the Holy Spirit  to teach you
these qualities of your God.
limit excess mental input for it alone is a real killer of your
faith!
Let Jesus possess all of you, surrender your whole self at
your cross, claim His blood; and live!

” I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live;
yet not I,  but Christ liveth in me: and the life
which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith
of the Son of God,who loved me, and gave himself
for me.”
Galations 2:20

“Knowing this, that our old man is crucified
with Him,that the body of sin might be destroyed,
that henceforth we should not serve sin.
for he that is dead is freed from sin.”
Romans 6:6,7

“Likewise reckon you also yourselves to be dead
indeed unto sin,but alive unto God through Jesus
Christ our Lord.”

“Creator”!

Last week I went creative.
I felt a deep need to work with my spirit,
to form a body from many small members.
I searched online,went to stores looking
for components, seeking what I needed
to put my plan into action.

Pieces of spring steel for its backbone,
with the ability to carry all the weight of
all the members would need when I attached them
to that backbone.
I used fishing leaders,snaps and swivels of various lengths.
Shorter crossmembers of spring steel to be hung in tandom
with various painted shapes of tiny fish,
of different weights and colors.

Like my photography, I wanted the spiritual aspects
of my creation to shine in His light.
Not really caring what anyone else thought of my creation,
I hoped for the spiritually aesthetic.

I took great care and wanted to give it love,form,
and motion;I also added a little hope to it,
this creation of mine.
I wanted it to be a part of me,
for my pleasure to look at,and wonder;
about what thoughts it might churn within me.

It hangs from my ceiling now, finally finished;
a beautiful thing to watch,an example of the
fine balance and harmony of God.It fills a small corner,
of my living room ceiling,like God fills His universe.

It is a wonderful thinking machine,
and my spirit and I created it with
our hands together.

” The Coolest mobile I ever made,
really the only one I ever made!”

“And God said,Let us make man in our image,
after our likeness: and let them have dominion
over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the
air,and over the cattle,and over all the earth,
and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon

“The Quiet Ones”!

His time with me, begins later after the world
shuts down.
It is usually in His timing,that
His heart speaks to mine.

My human mind tells me that,
you are in a sleepy stupor;
you are listening to nothing of value?

My renewed mind begins to reveal,
that God is speaking to me;
in the fluidness of His Spirit.

That fluidness is the anointing which
flows between spirit beings.
I experienced it for the first time this day,
and understood it!

To describe it, only the words quiet,and peace
come to my understanding?
As to what I am perceiving through it,
there is a slowness; a relaxing in-depth warmth:
of a burning within me.

It is much like those earlier times when God would wake me,
out of a sound sleep; with a one word command: “Pray”!

It took me so by surprise, I couldn’t do anything but;
“Pray”!

I remember the anointing then, as though doing;
thinking: and speaking through fluid?

So much is lost between God and us,
in the noise of this world.
It is in the quiet times, in the fluid of the anointing;
that we can know our God best: within
the medium of peace.

So few of us choose to go there,
to be with Him;
in His blessed assurance!

“For many are called, but few are chosen”

“Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ,
and hath anointed us, is God;
Who hath also sealed us, and given the ernest
of the Spirit in our hearts.”

with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.”

“But the anointing which ye have received of
him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man
teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you
of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even
as it hath taught you,ye shall abide in him”

“Strengthening You”!

Always purging,removing the selfishness.
This is an ongoing  process of christian living.
Every small success in becoming more Christlike,
weeds out the wordly garden within.
It took many years to learn the selfishness,
that the world teaches.

It takes purpose of heart,and love for  your God,
to begin to cleanse this temple.
Selfishness is a severe taskmaster,
who teaches its lessons well.

Many see no sense in the battles
that go with being a christian.
Of course,if you aren’t having Spiritual battles,
then why aren’t you questioning
what you aren’t doing, to grow?

Were you aware that it only takes one incident
of acting on your faith to see your God
do His thing.Being so overwhelmed, that
He can; and will do what He promises: in His word.
It will take that initial step,like the first placing
your foot upon the water to begin your own action faith!
One time,of testing your faith; and seeing it really work
will change you forever.

Yes,the road is narrow,and not easy,
but now you never walk it alone.
You were on that wide road before
you found Him,remember?

My brothers and sisters,do not weary
of the good fight.
Remember the price, He paid for us always.

“For God so loved the world,that He gave
His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in Him should not perish,but have everlasting life.”

“Correct Prayer”!

The facilitator of all prayer is the Holy Spirit!
Bold statement huh?
He knows Gods heart,he knows our heart.
If we don’t even know what to pray for when we pray,
How do you think the interpretation of that prayer gets to God?

We think we know what’s best for us,God knows better.
Jesus within us,communicates the needs and desires of our hearts.
Is the heart the real essence of where we love from?
Or is it only a shadow of the Jesus within?

Don’t worry about the “thees,and thous”,
this could be a repeat performance of someone elses ways.
Talk to God, like you talk to your husband,your children,your friends.
You’ll find that the “talking” to your God is really prayer,one on one.
This may be a method some are not comfortable with.
(no piety).

God listens to the heart(?) given prayers of His children.
God does respond in like manner,
according to His choices,and ours.
For He is God,and our Heavenly Father,
who desires the best for us.

Contrary to popular opinion, God does not always answer
prayer.
There are two requirements we as His children must provide
before He will even consider our prayer.

1. We must pray in the will of God,
2. We must be living lives pleasing to God.

God cannot act contrary to His revealed purposes.
God is under no obligation to honor the requests of worldly,
carnal, or disobedient Christians.
Only if we abide in Him,and His words abide in us;when we ask
what we will: then it shall be done unto us.(1John3:21,22;
John15:7) (James 4:3.)

“I have been young and now I am old.And in all my years
I have never seen the Lord forsake a man who loves him;
nor have I seen the children of the godly go hungry.”

“Depth of Love”!

It has always amazed me that human nature
being what it is , speaks volumes in our
relationships with our God.
It is both troubling and sad that many calling
themselves Christians hold tight to family,
earthly loved ones, friends, parents: more than
our love of Christ?

It is only near our end physically of this life,
will some of us even look at what heaven may
hold for us ,for loved ones; to realize that there
is really nothing of value here in this human
existence worth appreciating!
If your life has been such a real blessing, then by
all means stay, if what Gods word promises to
those who believe; this choice may very well be
the last one you contemplate before liftoff !

I know that many are called , but ; few
are chosen:this has been a yardstick of our lord in
this scripture alone?
The value we place upon tangible things rather
than spiritual concepts may be a greatly
deciding factor in Gods choices in the end of it all.
I would have to admit to anyone that possibly God
made His choice already if one believes in
predestination, and what He might have based it
upon ? So many variables to deal with in setting up
this facet of His plan for us, I am glad He is the
one making this choice ?

Only ones personal God is capable of understanding
many of us, for only the creator is qualified to
choose who will be His for all Eternity !
Only the true believer could continue on this
journey into the spirit realm, it will be no wimp
trip, for sure. It will be a desire of the heart to
please Him, out of the deepest love; and solid
obedience: to His majesty.Only those tried by fire,
and conditioned in their spirit; will prevail as our
Christ did in walking with their Father: are the chosen.

“I have been young, and now am old; yet have
I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed
begging bread.”
Psalm 37:25

“Herein is love, not that we loved God, but
that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the
propitiation for our sins.”
1John 4:10

“And the saying pleased the whole multitude;
and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith
and of the Holy Ghost,”

“The Nudge”!

I pictured a hourglass just sitting,
the sand my lifetime running out.

I wondered if,at the falling of that last grain
my ears would hear the angels shout.

Each season of me I spend upon this earth,
seems to take a little more of me away.

I have felt His loving gratitude,
for those returned to His fold.
How He used me time and again,
to show them His love.

For them to know anothers love was enough,
to return home to Him.

God grateful to me?
Could I dare such a saying?
Why would He do such a thing?

He could have done it all, with a snap of His fingers.

Yet He chose to let me see,how it’s done
by doing it for Him.

Just to show me His gratitude,
for allowing His Son within me.

Nothing exceptional,just doing my duty in the
fulfillment for Him who is called master.

“But which of you, having a servant plowing
or feeding cattle,will say unto him by and by,
when he is come from the fields,Go and sit down to meat?
And will not rather say unto him,Make ready wherewith
I may sup,and gird thyself,and serve
me,till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward
thou shalt eat and drink?

Doth he thank that servant because he did
the things that were commanded him?I trow not.
So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all
those things which are commanded you,say,We are
unprofitable servants: we have done that which
was our duty to do.”

“timing”!

When he was a younger man,
not much mattered but his anger.
As the years softened him,
he began to mellow in that special love.

He dealt with the constant of Gods timing
here on earth,out of necessity.
His life repeated itself through his children.

One day he uttered his prayer to his God,
the most important ever he spoke.
“Lord if you find me at all worthy,
do not let me sleep,
But to come to you in the translation of your church”?

He feels through his obedience and love,
God will honour his prayer .
As Moses had a need to see Gods face,
like Elishas desire for his double portion.
So to,Stephen and our Christ:
as they forgave mankind the Sins of Murder;
for the deep,deep love of God their Father.

The wind bloweth where it listeth,and thou
hearest the sound thereof,but canst not tell whence
it cometh,and whither it goeth: so is every one
that is born of the Spirit.

“But beloved,be not ignorant of this one thing,
that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years,
and a thousand years as one day.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise,
as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering
to us-ward,not willing that any should perish,
but that all should come to repentance.”

2 Peter 3:8,9

“Your God”!

Not all christians have a relationship with “their” God.
When I refer to “your” God,I infer to the depth
of your love between Him,and you.
Each of us are capable of how much we love others,
by the quanitity and quality of those who taught us to do so.

Parents,siblings,spouses,friends,all show us their love
hopefully by example,in words,in actions?
Many who cannot show us love,may not understand that they
either never learned how,or feared to much to do so,
perhaps both.

So each of us in our walk with “our” God,is a babe
in Christ,until: we become enamored with Gods “Agape” love.
The anointing of the Holy Spirit, changes our new
Jesus filled heart,and the word renews our mind,
over time,as we destroy the sin within.
Through our faith,our human love changes,
out of necessity: within the parameters of this
personal relationship with Him.
The end result, the ability to love others as we all
want and need to be loved,for ourselves.

“This is Gods unconditional kind of love”.
There is none other.

Without conditions,freely given,simply us allowing
Jesus within to live and walk again in this world:
while we still abide here in this medium called time.
So you can see when we are called home,
what an emptiness there will be in this world
Gone will be the goodness that restrains this world.

“And, behold,I am with thee, and will
keep thee in all places whither thou goest,
and will bring thee again into this land; for I
will not leave thee, until I have done that
which I have spoken to thee of.”

Genesis 28:15

love is of God; and every one that loveth is
born of God,and knoweth God.”
